Will I lose my Data? Do I need to make a back up?Most repairs do not interfere with Data. Replacing a screen for example should not cause the device to lose any of its data. However, we always recommend keeping a backup of your data either in the cloud or on a computer.

How long will I be without my device?Most smartphone and tablet repairs take an hour or less to complete. Unless we have to order a part to complete your repair, which we will notify you of. Computer repairs generally have a 24 hour turnaround, unless otherwise stated or if parts must be ordered to perform the repair.

Will repairing my device void my manufacturer warranty?Yes. Any repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than the manufacture or their authorized facilities will void your manufacturer warranty.

What happens if my device breaks again?We value our customers and their devices. We offer warranties on all of the work that we do. (Ask a technician about the warranty of your specific repair.)
If you get your cracked screen replaced and crack it again, you will be liable for paying to have it repaired again. |
Will my device function the same as before?Yes. Your device will perform as it was created to do. If your device is not working properly after a repair is performed, bring it back and we will make it right. (Limited to what was replaced by us)
If your device has water damage, it will not perform as it should. Water damage services focus on retrieving data, not repairing the device for a full life cycle. |
Will you price match a shop down the street?No. We do not price match other repair shops. At TechShark you will receive the highest level of service from technicians who are highly trained and have years of experience. We also procure the highest quality replacement parts available to ensure that your device will look and function properly.
